How does Pro Connect have such high reviews when the company is flawed, their customer service is terrible? These reviews can't be accurate as many of us have first hand experience and can testify as to the lack of professionalism they foster by their inept ability to get even the most simplest tasks right. pro connect is the company you should NEVER hire. After a month of several revisions to my refrigerator and changing parts, they say that it cannot be fixed. They missed several appointments canceling at the las minute they never arrive at time and the technician asked me for money on his own to help me with the repair. I reported this to the company and send the same man back who obviously had a bad attitude and did not want to enter the house, then he just pretended to do something to finally say sorry, it can't be fixed... read more

Supposedly fixed refrigerator that was dispensing ice and not water for $375. Five months later same problem and was told they only warranty their service for 1 month. 1 month warranty did everyone read this! Avoid these scammers!

I would give zero stars if I could. We contacted them and made an appointment in June 2022. 6-17-22: They sent a technician out within a the week and looked at our Samsung Range and determined that it needed a new display control board. He said it would take about 1 week for the part to arrive and that he would let us know when he can come out. 7-1-22: I waited 2 weeks without hearing back from this company. REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THEY STOLE FROM ME 1K AND DAMAGED MY REFRIGERATOR . THEY HAVE DIFFERENT WEBSITED WITH DIFFERENT REVIEWS DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DONT LET THIS PEOPLE SCMAM YOU.

Don’t ever use this service. They send independent contractors to do the repairs. They are not responsible for any replace parts. The have a 30 day warranty on service. I have had two of their service contractors out to fix my dryer spending $750. my dryer still does not heat after replacing two heating elements. They now tell me the next appointment available is three days from now and I will have to pay for any parts if needed unless I can “negotiate” with the contractor.

I couldn't believe they sent a service repair company to my home on the day I made the appointment. In the past with other companies I would have to wait at least a week to get an appointment. This company is the BEST, and I will always refer them to any and all of my friends who are in need of a home repair company. Thank you for everything you do!

I called Monday and scheduled an appointment for Monday between 3-5. Received a call from company saying that the repair man could not make it and so we rescheduled for Tuesday between 9:30-11:30. At 5:30 I received a call from whom I thought was the repair man saying he just got my information and he could be at my home between 5-7 so I told him ok since I have 6 kids I have to laundry for and need the washer fixed.
