The team was very straightforward and was able to guide me through picking the plan that best covers my home. They explained the new options to protect my sprinkler system and washer and dryer as well. They are helpful if you need help finding a repair person or contractor to work on projects. You should consider them if you are moving into a new home or purchasing a home where you don't know any history. The fee to have a significant repair is less than what it would cost for a plan to help offset the major expense.

They were very helpful when I called, and their website is very thorough, the account you are able to create is very helpful it helps you stay on track, you can see when items have been paid for or if it is still processing. Payment was executed very quickly in the method that I chose.

The best warranty company I've had the pleasure of working with. The current warranty on my house was purchased by the former owner. i had a couple of problems not fully covered and upon renewal, I've taken a more inclusive policy. All employees are friendly, patient with an old lady and informative, and took all the time I needed. I'm not excited about additional problems, but if that happens, I feel secure with this company.

I have had very positive experiences with the **** claims staff. They have been helpful and extremely polite. My only dissatisfaction is the time it has taken to receive my reimbursement for a claim made a week ago. It was approved the same day as the service and the money was to be transferred directly to my bank account.
