Awesome agent I worked with. Straight forward and made the process easy. This is the first time I have had a home warranty and so far, this company is one I am sticking with. ******* was amazing. She went above and beyond and was knowledgeable and very helpful. I worked many years in customer service and she was an absolute 10!!! My one issue is that I live in a very, very small town and finding a licensed company is extremely difficult. I also live in a state that does not require a heating and cooling company to be licensed so why should I be penalized? I believe some of your policies should be reevaluated.
