Im skeptical of most warranty companies. That being said, this warranty was provided with the purchase of our last home & so when it came time to try to make a claim, I thought for sure it was going to be a pain. It wasnt! In fact, quite the opposite. I was able to use a vendor I trusted & therefore didnt feel like I was being taken and the claim process went smoothly. I had used another Home Warranty Company in the past and they did provide coverage for as many items inside and outside of your home as APH does. I love the fact that you are involved personally with the claims process if needed. To sign up for APH warranty coverage(s) was a breeze. The claims representative explained everything and answered all of my additional questions that I had. Im so glad that if I need them that I will feel like a value customer and not just a claim number.

I was pretty skeptical when I signed up a home warranty. I've heard horror stories about similar companies that just don't pay up or only pay the bare minimum.
