I had used another Home Warranty Company in the past and they did provide coverage for as many items inside and outside of your home as APH does. I love the fact that you are involved personally with the claims process if needed. To sign up for APH warranty coverage(s) was a breeze. The claims representative explained everything and answered all of my additional questions that I had. Im so glad that if I need them that I will feel like a value customer and not just a claim number.

I was pretty skeptical when I signed up a home warranty. I've heard horror stories about similar companies that just don't pay up or only pay the bare minimum. But, I'm happy to say that this company has been good so far.The thing that sets them apart is that you get to choose your own contractor. Awesome agent I worked with. Straight forward and made the process easy. This is the first time I have had a home warranty and so far, this company is one I am sticking with.
