Just finished my first year of home ownership and I was so glad to have **** when my dishwasher went down. I chose a local repairman who worked with **** to ensure smooth repairs. I was reimbursed quickly as well. I just renewed for another year, and I hope I wont need them, but it feels good to have a backup!

**** did extra follow-up to help resolve my garage door spring issue, a totally unexpected broken spring on my well-maintained 10 year old home. I very much appreciated their "above and beyond" customer service! **** made me very happy that I extended the term of the one year warranty that the seller or the real estate agent gave us when we bought our house (I don't remember which gave it to us, I just know I didn't have to buy that first year of coverage). We bought our home in 2020, the home warranty was already paid for the year. So we decided to look over the information in brochure. We kept the warranty and we had a breakdown on our HVAC unit.
