**** did extra follow-up to help resolve my garage door spring issue, a totally unexpected broken spring on my well-maintained 10 year old home. I very much appreciated their "above and beyond" customer service! **** made me very happy that I extended the term of the one year warranty that the seller or the real estate agent gave us when we bought our house (I don't remember which gave it to us, I just know I didn't have to buy that first year of coverage). American Preferred Home Warranty is the home warranty coverage that came with our new home last year. We made a claim recently and the customer service rep was so helpful with the process!

We bought our home in 2020, the home warranty was already paid for the year. So we decided to look over the information in brochure. We kept the warranty and we had a breakdown on our HVAC unit. So we called the warranty company the ** rep ***** helpful with us on that issue. We received very small reimbursement amount. But just this past February ********************************** winter. Very satisfied with my experience with ****. They have met and exceeded in some regards my expectations. Im really happy I was able to choose my own repairman. Still waiting for my reimbursement check for my recent claim, but based off of the responsiveness so far, I expect that to be coming here very shortly.
