******* was amazing. She went above and beyond and was knowledgeable and very helpful. I worked many years in customer service and she was an absolute 10!!! My one issue is that I live in a very, very small town and finding a licensed company is extremely difficult. I also live in a state that does not require a heating and cooling company to be licensed so why should I be penalized? I believe some of your policies should be reevaluated.

APH is very easy to work with and the staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions and helped with their easy claim process. So far, have filed one claim and the reimbursement was provided in a weeks time, very impressed. Would definitely recommend!
