Worst home warranty company. They made excuse after excuse on why they would not cover electrical issues in my home. When asked for a refund, they would only give me 1/9th the amount paid for the warranty.

I would give this NO stars if that were possible.This company is, in short, a scam. We got this warranty with our house purchase. One week after moving in, an entire room as well as our microwave had zero power. We thought we got lucky...we have insurance on that!But..no.They are trying to claim that because an outlet in ANOTHER ROOM had ONE socket that didn't work, it's pre-existing. I had an emergency repair on my boiler system. They said they were unable determination because the serial number wasnt provided. Instead of asking me for the serial number they allowed the policy to expire and with the claim.. I called several times somehow the lines were disconnected twice with no return phone call. On July 2, 2025, I spoke with a customer care representative from [Company Name], who confirmed that our dishwasher replacement would be covered under our home warranty and told us to go ahead with the replacement. Based on this verbal confirmation, we proceeded with the purchase.After submitting our claim, the company denied coverage. This place will not cover what they've listed they covered. And they found a way out of it by claiming it was something that it was not. I spoke to supervisor and they refused to pay for anything. This place is a scam and need to be reported.

Terrible. Tried to open 1 claim and was fought all year. I was told by 2 people at their company that the issue was covered. Then later I was told it was not covered. Never got a straight answer out of them once, and they ignored my claim, despite constantly following up, until my coverage was up. Complete waste of money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
