Received this home warranty when I purchased my condo. Little did I know how invaluable it would become. I have since renewed twice on my own and wouldn't be without *******'s Preferred Home Warranty for small things as well as larger expenses. Can not recommend enough!!!

just moved moved into my home and had a problem with my HVAC system. The *** valve needed to be replaced and I was happy that the part was still covered under warranty from the manufacturer, but the labor was over $1400. I submitted the claim but when I called they immediately told me it was not covered because the part was under warranty. Basically, these policies look good to home buyers but they are worthless. They have a "fine print" way to cover nothing.
0 stars all around. PLEASE PLEASE I BEG YOU, DO NOT GET insurance with this company. They come up with any excuse not to provide people assistance when they are truly in need. My HVAC is no longer working and they are claiming that I am not eligible for anything. In what world is this making any sense.

I have been very disappointed with **** and would not recommend them. We have received a complete run around from them. Each time I call them or they call me its a different representative of their company. I specifically asked for this home warranty when I purchased the home six months ago because the pool had been closed for the winter and I wanted to make sure the pool equipment was covered and working. I'd love to give a 1/2 star. At least they answered there phone. The worst on follow -up or coverage. Think of the scamming auto warranty. They say the cover all sorts of repairs. Then turn down your claim & never send you notification of claim denial. I was thinking I was doing the right thing, by buying coverage on a newly purchased home.
