Stay as far away from this company as you can. We signed up with them because my wife's company has a special deal with them. We've been subscribed for 6 years, and during that time, we've rarely tried to use the coverage. However, every single time we've created a claim, **** has figured out some reason to deny it. We have had this warranty since May since we moved into our house. *** had two claims already denied. My last claim was just denied. The representative had no idea about the parts of the furnace that needed to be replaced and denied it. This warranty is worth worthless and Im not sure why we even have it. Extremely difficult to deal with. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Terrible decision making process. They try really hard NOT to help home owners. Save your money for repairs. Complete waste of time and money. Will let my realtor and everyone I meet know. Wont do a simple repair on a weird technically!!!!
