Coverage is very limited, youre better off setting aside the money youd pay for a Warranty unless this is included in a home purchase. In my experience with cancelling, Its nearly impossible to get someone on the phone or speak to a manager. I froze my credit card and they contacted my bank for updated payment information without informing me. Then, when I asked to cancel over the phone, they stated they would send me a cancellation form I must sign, and assured me I would not be billed for a renewal. Sure enough the followi... read more

This company is so deceptive in its coverage. I was denied two claims regarding my septic system electrical repair. Do not purchase this warranty.

They are the worst company they really don't cover anything I would not recommend going with them call them on two different occasions and both things were not covered

****************. Says they cover something, then come up with a shady reason it is not covered via 'semantics'. They dont have the consumer best interest .. they are fraud.

Terrible company. I have bad experiences with them since I started with them. Since last 2-3 years, they have rejected all my claims for one reason or another. They continue to find a way to reject, even after agreeing to pay pennies against actual cost. It's scam to grab money and not pay anything for any repairs. I will not recommend to anyone and will cancel my services.

My well is not working. Have spent an hour trying to reach their claim department and it acts as though they have closed the doors. Is this a scam that takes my money monthly. Have looked up multiple numbers associated with this business and they all hang up. Unreal

Thank God the seller paid for this as part of closing - absolutely a waste of money.The customer service reps will ask questions of your tech until they get them to say something that will invalidate the claim. (Basically anything except the exact phrase "wear and tear due to old age" - AND NOTHINGELSE) .If you don't already have this warranty go somewhere else.
