We have had APHW since 2017. We have had to relocate for my spouse's job from state to state. When we moved to our current home our sellers included a home warranty that was with another company which I will not name (thumbs down). When that expired, I knew who we were going to go with (APHW, thumbs up). We have had a really great experience with APHW and I can truly say that since we have been with them for so long. This week I had a couple issues regarding submitting a home warranty for my buyer. I called and was lucky enough to speak with *******.
