I've used APHW twice now for electrical and plumbing repairs totaling approximately $800. Their claims process is straightforward and timely, both of which have been accepted on the spot. ******** assisted me today and she was polite, professional and thorough in investigating my claim. I like the company. 24 hour service for claims and coverage is pretty good. Wish they had better options for more coverage. Claims are easy to submit, renewal is easy. They could offer more coverage would be better all the way around. Some coverages are limited - the website is horrifically horrible. Yes I said that. Can not log in.
