This week I had a couple issues regarding submitting a home warranty for my buyer. I called and was lucky enough to speak with *******. She was so helpful and answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. She is a 10 and America's Preferred home warranty is lucky to have her representing them! I already have a policy with ********* Preferred and wanted to add the ****************** and Technology package to the existing policy. *******, the customer service representative, was extremely helpful. My inquiry related to what type of damage or issues it would cover. She emailed me a booklet that explained the coverage. I signed up that night!

This is for my customer service **** ***** who went back and researched my claim and then called me back to explain it to me. Most people would not take the time. It was refreshing. I am still waiting to see how much the company will reimburse me for the items warrantied so I will won't rate that just yet.

The representative ******* was nice and very knowledgeable about how procedures work with the customer and your company. She called my contractor and his company and was able to work with them very easily! She called me back and to my surprise I would be receiving about $875 in a reimbursement after I paid the contractor. ******* went above and beyond!!
