Our A/C went out conveniently at 5pm on a Friday so I called **** and started a claim. They were nice and personable. I was able to locate a company that could come out same day (evening) and have it repaired for less than an arm and a leg. **** was my point of contact and she was the nicest person ever! She took excellent care of us and was very helpful. I was not looking forward to making a claim but **** and the others made it painless.

Dont have a lot of experience with home warranty companies. I understand that its being complicated process. However, everything that we have submitted that has been covered by our warranty has been promptly paid back and its been a pleasure working.

This company provides EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, after calling to have my AC issue fixed, I spoke with ******* who was so very nice, patient and helpful assisting me. With the multiple questions I had as a first time home buyer with this warranty company, she was very patient, and kind thoughout the entire call politely adressing every question and concern I had. I was able to get through quickly to file a claim. The customer service was excellent. My HVAC technician did have to call them to verify his findings. After doing so, my claim was immediately approved. So far, the experience has been very smooth. At the end of the day for a 20 year old A/C system, they will help cover about 15% of the cost of a new system. I was hoping for a bit more but it is better than nothing for sure. I would recommend if moving into a home with some older systems.

Super easy and helpful process!! My only complaint is that it is estimated to take about a month for the refund, but has saved me a lot on our AC tools. ***** mainly helped us over the phone and was fantastic!! ******** as well! Thank you ladies!!
