I was able to get through quickly to file a claim. The customer service was excellent. My HVAC technician did have to call them to verify his findings. After doing so, my claim was immediately approved. So far, the experience has been very smooth. At the end of the day for a 20 year old A/C system, they will help cover about 15% of the cost of a new system. I was hoping for a bit more but it is better than nothing for sure. I would recommend if moving into a home with some older systems.

Super easy and helpful process!! My only complaint is that it is estimated to take about a month for the refund, but has saved me a lot on our AC tools. ***** mainly helped us over the phone and was fantastic!! ******** as well! Thank you ladies!!

Was able to talk to an associate who quickly helped me file a claim and explained in detail all of the steps. When the technician came, everything was simple moving forward to process the claim. Best part is being able to pick which company for the service needed. Excellent customer service.

My initial **** plan was included with the purchase of my first house in 2016. I had an excellent experience and renewed the plan without any disappointments. I moved to my current house and a home warranty came with this property, too, but the seller used a different company.
