Was able to talk to an associate who quickly helped me file a claim and explained in detail all of the steps. When the technician came, everything was simple moving forward to process the claim. Best part is being able to pick which company for the service needed. Excellent customer service.

My initial **** plan was included with the purchase of my first house in 2016. I had an excellent experience and renewed the plan without any disappointments. I moved to my current house and a home warranty came with this property, too, but the seller used a different company.
