This company is great to work with! Any time we have had to make a claim, the representative has been kind and processed our claim quickly. The extra insurance has definitely paid for it self time and again! Very curtious representatives!

Just finished my first year of home ownership and I was so glad to have **** when my dishwasher went down. I chose a local repairman who worked with **** to ensure smooth repairs. I was reimbursed quickly as well. I just renewed for another year, and I hope I wont need them, but it feels good to have a backup!

**** did extra follow-up to help resolve my garage door spring issue, a totally unexpected broken spring on my well-maintained 10 year old home. I very much appreciated their "above and beyond" customer service! **** made me very happy that I extended the term of the one year warranty that the seller or the real estate agent gave us when we bought our house (I don't remember which gave it to us, I just know I didn't have to buy that first year of coverage).
