I've had a fantastic experience so far with this center. When my cat had a mass discovered by our normal vet, we were referred here for CT and surgery. Throughout the process, everyone has been both personable and professional. Everyone in scheduling and reception is prompt and efficient while also being very kind and understanding. Vet tech Amanda and Dr. McDevitt have both been outstanding on the clinical side. Costs were explained and broken down by procedure. We have had such positive experiences here. The front office is welcoming, the doctors and techs are knowledgeable and compassionate. It can be a busy place, but they have always made me feel like I'm the only one there when it comes to the four legged babies! Highly recommend!

Had an exceptional experience with this clinic. My little Chihuahua went into GI distress during the night. I called the clinic first to find out about coming in etc. the woman who answered the phone was so helpful!! Then when I arrived, I was greeted by a young man (didn't get his name) who checked me in and even found me baby wipes for a quick clean up! Rebecca, the vet tech was awesome! It's really hard to rate/review AESC because there are 2 sides. 1. Did they take care of my dog, talk to me about what was going on and offer options? Yes. So I'm thankful for that. 2. However, they are so busy all the time. They see your pet based on if the animal is an emergency or not. But what qualifies as an emergency? My dog had been throwing up for hours, including blood and she threw up a massive amount in the waiting room. Still took 3 hours to be seen. The waiting is very frustrating. We are so grateful to Dr. Gasparini and all she and her team has done to ensure our pet's final moments were comfortable. Her approach to care was cautious and measured but sensitive to our pet's needs and helped us main his quality of life for nearly a year--well beyond our expectations given the gravity of his illness. Thank you to AESC, well worth the drive from Colorado Springs for the only vet our cat was happy to see.

Even though our beautiful Nina passed away we received an excellent care from the staff. As soon as we walked in and told them she was having trouble breathing they took her inside to get her checked. When the doctor gave us our options and said that the most humane thing was to put her down I could see how sad the doctor was & she was very empathetic like she understood what we were going through and this meant the world. Thanks for making it less painful

The check in process was a bit unorganized and confusing as no one had eye contact upon walking in and wasn't sure where I was supposed to check in. The check-in area is at the front door which makes it difficult when multiple people have dogs at their side and trying to keep them separated.
