You guys were the only ones to get me in with my very sick cat. I got in right away, and was seen by a very compassionate vet. The visit was reasonably priced, which was a very nice surprise. Gave fast and affordable care.

Took my pup this past Friday due to her being attacked by another dog. One thing I didn't like is they took my dog and I had to wait in the exam room till the Dr came to tell me what she observed. I will say the Dr was patient and answered all my questions. So why 3 stars? I got home and not even 20 minutes my son comes running to me saying she's bleeding. My dog came to AESC as a critical case with very little chance at survival. AESC and all of its Doctors, Techs, Assistants, and Receptionists were there for me every step of the way. My dog is the light of my life and they took such great care of both of us, never making me feel like a burden for calling 8 times a day and showing up multiple times daily to visit with her. I don't have a veterinarian for my Doberman. Every crisis that I've had raising him has been mistagged by the above & beyond service I receive every time I come here. If I could make them my primary veterinarians I would with no hesitation. Thank you, for everything, Kingston thanks you as well.

I was so impressed with AESC - our first visit was scheduled about a month out, and they called when they had a cancellation so we could get in to be seen about a week earlier (much appreciated!). The facility was clean and bright with easy parking. Kennah and Dr. Riggs were so personable, sitting on the floor with my dogs, making them feel comfortable, and showing them lots of love. I typically have terrible experience at ERs - the staff does not seem to care about the animals. That was NOT the case here. Everyone was super considerate, polite, and interested in and showing genuine care for my dog.. The wait time was super short, and the building was very clean.

I had called two clinics for a first available appointment with an oncologist on April 25. The first available appointments were on May 9th at AESC and the 12th for the other clinic. The difference was when AESC heard my dogs symptoms, they told us to bring him in right away. That was a relief and such a kind thing to do. Then while the ER was checking him out, an appointment for the oncologist was cancelled and ER talked to the Oncology team to fit our pup in for the consult.
