Dr Riggs is absolutely fabulous and made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. All of the staff starting from the first step inside the doors and we were treated like family and that all of the staff truly cared. 100% excellent care! Sincere and empathetic

I never wanted to write a review like this but for them, I'm happy to. We had to put our baby girl Lola down last month and it was one of the hardest days of my life. This pet hospital made it way better though. They had a room that I could sit in with my baby girl until it was time to send her off to heaven, they walked my husband back to us, let us leave out the back door, let me leave my car there (I couldn't drive because I was so sad) and they sent us a handwritten letter to reach out and say their condolences to us abo... read more
This is a great hospital and I glad to know they are in my area. It's very expensive but I also know my pets will get the best care.
Wonderful animal hospital. Technicians and staff are knowledgeable and caring. They have cared for many furry family members.
I loved the staff. They were all amazing. The intake desk, the intake medical person, the doctor, and the vet tech that checked me out with final instructions. They were clear and answered all of my questions. doctor answered all my questions, explained everything so well, was very personable
When our dog suffered what we think may have been a stroke. They took extremely great care of Charlie. They were loving and caring. Then even sent us a card after we had to put him down. I would highly recommend them!
I have had to bring my small dog to this center for emergency care on 2 separate occasions. Once we had checked in, I was informed of the wait to expect which is noted on a large white board visible in the sitting area. Each time, I felt that the technicians and staff were as attentive as time allowed until the veterinarian was finally able to see us.
