Thank you to Dr Dalby, Maddie and the entire staff for the compassion and care you showed for my beloved souls dog Brooklyn. I so wish I would have transferred Brooklyn's care to you sooner and perhaps it would have been a different outcome. I brought my dog here after a diagnosis from our regular vet with a Mast Cell tumor. I was very emotional about the diagnosis and they did a fabulous job explaining everything and all of our options. We ended up getting surgery this last Monday and things went good and my dog is home healing! My only negative critique is the $190 charge anytime we came including an oncology consultation and a surgery consultation. Small detail, but it all adds up. Our 9 year old Cavalier King Charles has had a heart condition (as most of the Princes do), and was evolving into congestive heart failure. He had labored breathing, his belly was retaining water, and he wouldn't eat. Caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. They were transparent about costs and sent me all of the films, reports, labs, etc. to give to my regular vet. This saved me time, money, and stress. I highly recommend the services provided here by amazing professionals!

Unfortunately, we had to take our German Shepherd there to be seen for concerns about a neurological problem. We were concerned that she had a spine issue. She was seen immediately and seen by Dr Song. Daisy was going to have an MRI to evaluate her spine. Unfortunately, the chest x-ray that she got before the anesthesia MRI demonstrated widely metastatic disease. Obviously we are heartbroken. Dr. Song is a miracle worker!! We have a little dog who was in pain and losing the use of his back legs due to an old back injury. Dr. Song started with conservative drug treatment (no help) and we decided to go forward with an MRI and back surgery. Dr. Song was concerned due to the age of the injury with much scarring and was careful not to over promise, but the result of the surgery was 100% elimination of the back issues. We are amazed at his fitness and energy. Thanks for giving us our dog back!!

We arrived at about 8-8:30pm Saturday night and Alexa checked us in while getting all the necessary info for Paisley and her stomach issues. Alexa kept us up to date thru out our stay. Alexa was super nice, caring, empathetic, and real! Tech Olivia then came out relatively quickly and very nicely and professionally calmed us down quite a bit.
