I arrived with my large Great Dane who could not walk well on her back legs. I went inside and staff was extremely nice. They didn't hesitate to bring out a stretcher and help me get her on it. I was so happy with the way they treated my dog that I don't want to take my pets anywhere else now. Put my pet first before me and treated her with respect and a big heart!

We were taken right in with no call ahead or any warning...my Gilly had an altercation with 3 dogs and the staff was on top of their game. Your staff and Dr Shatkin me feel like Gilly was the most important baby on earth at the moment. This was our 3rd visit to you guys with an emergency, your care and compassion deserve mention.

This is the absolute go to when I worry about my cat. Everyone in there is kind, very helpful, and very professional. I can't say enough about how well they treat the pets they see in my cat is very important to me, so it's a relief to know they have such good people working there.. You made me feel at ease as I watched everybody, and the way they interacted with the pets.

The caring and empathetic staff provided the best care possible for my pup facing his end of life. They treated him as their own and grieved alongside of me while offering advice and complete support of my decisions. They took their time with me and my pup and reassured us that we were the only ones that mattered at that crucial moment and time.

Rain was treated very well. Her emergency surgery was successful and she is on the mend. The staff were great about keeping us informed of her condition. We feel good about the care our girl received.
