Staff is very confused. Unfortunately, puts calls on hold for extended periods. Not helpful with follow up visits. Hard to schedule appointments. Helpful for initial emergency contact only. I don't recommend unless you're in a true after hours emergency. I am grateful for the help I did get. But will have to find a more reliable source for follow up visits. Not a good primary care provider.
The staff is so friendly and very helpful. Our surgeon, Dr. McDevitt, was so kind, provided us with all the information we needed, and answered all of our questions. We felt very comfortable having Bentley in her care. She put Bentley first.
The staff was wonderful, and we felt cared for. All our questions were answered and we left feeling as good as possible. We were kept informed and our dog received great care. Like most ERs, the wait times can be long, but that information was readily available, so it helped get us properly prepared. We'll be back if our pets require emergency care. Thank you, AESC Team!

Staff was wonderful and friendly and made me feel validated in bringing my cat in for care. We were greeted promptly and seen quickly by the technician and the Vet. Friendly attitude of staff and very prompt, quality care of my cat. Jack Jack says thank you!
The staff helped us almost immediately and we just had a standard appointment. Dr. Song and Wendy were remarkable - compassionate, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. Listen thoughtfully and carefully through our sometimes winding story about what was going on with Monty. I highly recommend!
Loved Dr Anderson. She explained a sad situation giving us all the options available and let us make the choice. I left not with the outcome I wished for but knowing what to do going forward. Dr Anderson took the time to answer all our questions and it was greatly appreciated. I only wish she had the cure for dog cancer
Everyone at AESC has been sweet, kind, patient and understanding. They also understand Remy's issues and are in tune with what he requires and how to handle and treat him. Listen to our needs, explain and execute the plan and treatment properly. I highly recommend AESC as they really do care about your pet and truly helped mine.
if you need an emergency vet, this is probably the best one you're going to get. 24hrs, kind staff. obviously it's an emergency vet and an actual clinic, so very busy and hectic is expected. i brought my 6mo lab in and Meg was awesome. super sweet, helpful, and kept me updated as much as she could. it was a long stressful day but at the end of it, they checked his vitals, and gave him back. we waited for a dr's opinion and she said we can go, free of charge just for them checking his vitals. only thing that sucked was the fa... read more
