Terrible customer service! Spent several thousands on furniture. Two pieces were shipped damaged and had to be repaired or sent back. Purchased a clock that was called an "Iron Clock" that was covered in rust on the back side and was not sealed correctly on the front. Called Concierge Services and was told that the manufacturing process was being looked into. Never heard back from anyone until after several attempts. Was promised that something would be done. They delivered a defective product to me with a hidden defect. They now refuse to fix it bc I didn’t discover what was hidden from me, but should have been known to them. Leafs don’t fit in table. They delivered replacement table when pedestal split on 1st one, but didn’t replace leafs. They know leafs are custom to each table, but I didn’t. They didn’t deliver new ones. I go to use my leafs (from 1st table) and they don’t fit. Arhaus says SOL.

Beautiful things in this store but just too pricey. A rug in there would be the cost of a down payment on a car. If you can swing it and you live the life of luxury, then you can own some gorgeous things. Just not for me.
I guess I’ll add to all the negative reviews about Arhaus as a company and this store. This furniture is not cheap and if you choose to buy, be prepared to be waiting for furniture you’ve paid for, for a long time. Could be up to an extra 4 weeks for delivery on top of “manufacturing time”, which will not be mentioned and even lied about. Anna, the manager I talked to, was very condescending. Nightmare system , five pages and a signature for a simple pillow purchase . I realized I was charged more than the price tag on the pillow when I called the store to see if they had a second one in stock . After they confirmed that they did have one in stock I asked what was the price on the tag ? The sales person said $119 but was coming up in their system at $149 and that she would make it the $119 , I said I would take it and pick it up when I was back in town put it on my card . ARHAUS DOES NOT APPEAR TO CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!!! I PURCHASED A BED FROM ARHAUS LOFT, WE WERE DOING SOME RENOVATIONS AND I DIDN'T UNWRAP THE PACKAGING UNTIL A FEW MONTHS LATER. Love the store, but if we have the customer service again that my husband and father in law had tonight, 4/6 we will never come again. He wanted to surprise me with one of the cement pots they have in the store, so he finds one that has a fake floral arrangement in. One employee tells him that he can purchase it without the arrangement and told my husband to carry it to the counter. Great quality furniture; however absolutely terrible customer service. Forced to deal directly with corporate to get anything handled and that was like pulling teeth. Also had to deal directly with the shipping service, Ryder since Arhaus couldn't give us any answers. Arhaus was happy to take our order; however the only level of customer service we did receive is when we threatened to pull our "already late" order. Would avoid buying anything from the Cherry Creek Denver location and Jinny Wood.
