They were supposed to send me proposals for additional work that needed to be done, but nobody ever contacted me. I was waiting to be contacted, but no one ever contacted me. The work that they did was fine. For the gutter cleaning, they did what they were supposed to do. There were issues with the gutter that they were supposed to come back and fix. He was on time. It was kind of quick. I'm not sure if he did like a full sweep on everything and what he did is he referred somebody to come back out look at my back roof. Somebody was supposed to follow up the pricing and everything for roof and they said the roof needed to be replaced and I have little work for the back and he never did. They did a gutter clean up and inspection.

There was angies list special for gutter servicing and tuning offered in spring of 15, which I prepurchased. I completed all of the contact info and requested service asap. After several weeks of no contact, I called and left messages several times. No call back was recieved. Finally we got a hold of a person and was informed we should have called to schedule service. We do apologize for any inconvenience. We do try to fit customers in as soon as possible, but sometimes in the busy seasons we do have to schedule several weeks in advance. Unfortunately, Angie's List does not provide us with customer contact information upon purchase and the customer does need to reach out to our company for scheduling. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience these factors may have caused.
The guy came and cleaned the gutters using a leaf blower, and showed us before and after videos to demonstrate what he had done. They were clogged before, and quite clear afterwards. The only issue was that the leaf blower made a gigantic mess, causing mud to attach itself to the exterior of our house in several places. As the guy was leaving, I had to stop him and ask him to clean up the mess. Multiple problems including theft. First thing I have to say, they are sweet and very, very responsive until they complete the job or there are problems. Then it is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to return your calls. I have placed at least 10 calls, talked to four different people. Somehow no one gets your messages, or returns you calls. They then respond by email. 1) My bubble skylight was to be replaced with a new one, nothing fancy. We started off playing phone tag, and then settle down to a date. The roof was in fair condition and one gutter need re-adjusting due to previous snow. A simple fix come spring. They inspected the roof gutters and downspouts.

I was super unhappy with them. We have never had any problem with the skylights, none, zero, never a leak but they had been there for about 10 years that I thought somebody had to take a look at them. He was up there one day, and the next day it rained really hard, and one of the 4 skylights in the kitchen just poured water into the kitchen. It has never, ever, ever leaked. To summarize the review, two years ago we came out to look at old skylights, after our visit one started leaking, we came back out and fixed it for free. Arocon always acts with integrity and even though this is a negative review, I think it proves our commitment to doing the right thing.
