The vendor arrived on time and conducted a roof inspection. After discussing the state of the roof, they completed a few basic tasks (caulking mostly) andrepresented that I would be provided with a written estimate detailing theneeded repairswithin a few days. the company recommended I have my flat roof redone - so I did - appx $3000 + later I had some openings that I could see from the ground & they came back out & fixed it - saying it was just cosmetic opening - BuT for me cosmetic is included in the price especially when you have had your roof lead. There was a minute leak on my top floor ceiling (stain of 6X6 inch small sandwich size). First Arocon technician said Roof tune-up would fix the issue because he say some thing on roof but didn't fix the issue, Then last month called again technician (Mr.Al) said he needs to replace few roof parts on the roof . Both times they checked my attic and said roof has leak. Still have the leak and stain re-appeared.They have done work which is not required. Customer contacted Arocon in March 2015 with a leak. Due to the age of the roof and area of the leak we suggested the customer get a $99 Roofing Tune Up. The tune up was performed on march 31st and replaced a gasket on the vent pipe thought to be causing the leak. Per an attic inspection no leaking plumbing pipe ws noted. My experience with Arocon mystifies me. Initially, I found them to be a very responsive contractor. The estimator was straight-forward, and the work was done in a timely fashion and was well done for the most part. .I haven't been at my best this year health-wise and it may have taken me a second or third look to note that one area of stucco was not neat and that there was a section of flashing that was missing.
