It was mixed. First one guy came out and looked at my roof and because there had been a lot of rain lately he said he couldn't do anything. He spent over an hour at my house, mostly talking about his mother. I don't know whether it was him or the next guy that came out like a month later or something and they did go up in my attic and take a look around and he said I need to have the vent made bigger in the roof and I needed to have somebody come in like Lin the Plumber. unknown A very thorough gutter cleaning. Included photos of before and after. Also blew leaves off the roof and pointed out several roof and gutter issues. The cleaner was able to schedule my roof inspection before he left.

unknown I had booked and paid for this service. Then we had to have our roof replaced. The roofers had also cleaned the gutters when they were finished, so there was not much cleaning needed. Arocon inspected our gutters, found no real problems. We had declined an attic inspection.

The service was nice enough and the repair man who came to the house was very knowledgable. He explained everything in detailed and took photos of everything. His name was Will Moore and I highly recommend him. The reason I would not use this service again is it was very inconvenient and difficult to schedule. I bought a coupon through Angie's List and had to contact the service 3 times before an appointment was made. Then the appointment times were 3 weeks out and at strange times of the day. Flat roof tune up.

unknown Company totally unresponsive to multiple requests for an estimate for gutter replacement. Claiming to be working on the estimate when they had not visited the property. and then rushing round to view the project with no additional message or follow up correspondence. Still weeks later have not heard from them.

I said no, it's not there. She also claimed that there was no access to the roof, and I told her there was. The fire escape is an unreliable source to get to the roof as there is no access from the ground to the second story landing, as well as no access from the third story landing to the roof itself, the fire escape is also unsafe and unstable (told to us by the customer herself).
