Tech came by to clean the gutters. After looking at the gutters he told me there was no debris to remove. But, he did tell me my gutters were too small for my house and they were put on incorrectly. He wanted me to arrange a free estimate with his company to replace my gutters and the $99 would go towards that. I never did receive the estimate, and would have disregarded it even if I had received it since they never actually looked at the property. I understand that Christmas Eve is not the optimal day to be conducting business, but when you agree to the appointment, every effort should be made to meet the agreement. No contact. Told us he couldn't do service, but that they would contact us with new price for removal of screens.
I purchased the Roof Tune up to have a small leak repaired, which was part of this service. It took approx. 7 weeks before they came out, which I understand they are busy. Their man came out, went up in my attic, stated he saw the problem. So he placed his ladder against my gutters, which the ladder scratched, got on the roof and made the repairs. Will arrived on time, and was very professional. He went right to work to inspect the roof and gutter system. He provided both a comprehensive written and verbal report of his findings. Willl Moore conducted a thorough, gutter inspection and cleaned the leaves from the gutter system.
I had to contact Arocon twice to ask for the work proposal when I didn't receive it. When it finally arrived today, the proposal was only for the replacement of one skylight and nothing else. Is is obvious that the cost estimator is either disinterested in the job or he lost his notes. In either case, it does not speak well of this company. The actual roof was done very well and properly, but what they left behind and damaged is what bothered me. They damaged one of our azalea bush, left a can of nails behind. and damaged our trim with what appears to be the ladders the provider used. Part of the contract was that they would send someone out to check the job over once completed, but to my knowledge no one has provided this follow up.
