The worst part was dealing with my insurance provider State Farm. Both sides of that kept telling me the resolution was waiting on the other guy. I do not trust State Farm(SF), so I do not believe AROCON was the problem. I waited until I had a check from SF before I scheduled the work. I ended up waiting 2 months for state farm. unknown I made this purchase in Aug. A reppresentative came out to the home examined the roof, and i have not heard from them. I contacted them about two weeks ago to see when the work would be scheduled but I was asked for my email address. No further response. They have already received payment of $3000.00. Not good service
. They never completed the job. We had to hire someone else.

My experience with them went okay. The first time they showed up, he wasn't prepared to do the work; there was an extra item I needed done (small flashing install) on my 3 y/o roof which was addional to the coupon purchased. I had spoken with the service manager prior to the appointment about this, so they were aware of it, nonetheless the first appt. was a wash. The roof and gutter inspections were outstanding. Will went on the roof did his job and answered every question. The problem was in getting the inspection date. I purchased this deal on 07/02/15. At that time, I was sent an email from Linda that they were not scheduling these inspections until five weeks from now. I wanted to check to see if there were any roof problems so I bought the Angie's List deal for a $99 roof tuneup. It took them about 2 months to get to the job. When they did, the caulked around the vent pipes and took some pictures of the roof. They then contacted me and said I should replace the roof shingles. I asked how much they would charge to replace the roof. They said they wouldn't give me a quote unless I met with them at the house. This is a rental property and I live out of state.
