unknown when due to weather and bad scheduling service was postponed several times When serviceman did arrive he claimed he preformed the work but did not even get on the roof!I had my sister at the house and she reported he didn't even pull a ladder off the truck so we know the service was not preformed as they claim. so the report that was left in the doorway was a falsehood. so much for integrity...I called to complain and was told I was supposed to be at the house during the work,,,thats why it was done that way. The Coordination did not go well. I bought the special deal package for a roof tune-up. I filled in 3 dates which would work for me. I waited 3 days and no call. When I called them, they said that they had sent me a message through the Angie's List message system but that Angie's List doesn't give them my name nor phone number. Waiting for messages is a poor system of trying to schedule any service. I can't fault the contractor for an Angie's List design problem. Unfortunately, Angie's List does not provide any contact information for the customer to Arocon upon purchase, and the first communication happens through the Message Center on the Angie's List website. Also, any dates suggested for service are taken into consideration, however, this has been a popular promotion and we are unable to accommodate all requests for scheduling dates. Work was done well, at least as I could see from the ground. Did not use the call to make a sales pitch, which was appreciated. Cleaned, sealed and tuned gutters.

They were happy to charge my credit card for the requested service, but no one found it necessary to follow through on scheduling the service, even after more than 30 days. According to the very unprofessional women, who by the way called to reprimand me when I requested a refund via email and customer service, said they had a large response for the special, and implied that it was my fault that the service was not scheduled since I didn't contact them. unknown checked roof for leaks etc. Had to come back to replace shingles and were unable to come for about two weeks.

I would not let them do any work for me again. They wouldn't give me a breakdown of what the charges were. I purchased a Big Deal to get some roofing work done. I paid more than the initial price of the Big Deal because they said that price didn't cover the work I needed. I didn't have time to shop around because my roof was leaking.

. Installed gutters to porch roof that were too small then had to trim roof so rain would flow into gutters instead of over then. I then had to hire another professional to repair the terrible job they did when they trimmed back the roof.It cost me an additional seven hundred dollars. What I really did not understand is that they still installed the gutters knowing that they were the wrong size!!
