There was a gap in communication due to our info being misplaced. The appraiser was honest with this fact which I appreciated. It wasnt that big of a deal to me but I can see other people being knitpicky about it.

They were great. I will definitely recommend them. They did a great job. I'd like a follow up email from them to make sure I have the right contact information. I will store that information. If there's any work I need on my roof, I will go to them first.
A couple of companies came out and didn't know what they were talking about. Arocon came out and knew exactly what the problem was. They took care of it right away. They were the experts in that area. I was proud of them and I will recommend them to anyone.
