unknown Gutters and downspouts were not properly cleaned at first visit. When I called they claimed that the gutters and downspouts had been properly cleared of debris. When they returned for a second visit they found that the downspouts were clogged. They properly cleared the downspouts at that time.

unknown Ian (the roofer sent to our home) was great. He was professional, friendly and quick. The only reason I didn't give the company straight "A"s is because the dispatch rep didn't return my calls timely (left 3 messages for her before she had someone else give me a time and date) and never called me back to give me the arrival window for my appointment.

unknown They inspected my roof and made minor repairs to the roof and siding. They were supposed to tack down some loose siding. They put big nails in the middle of the siding which all popped out. Now I have holes in the siding and have to get the siding fixed again. I don't know if they actually repaired the shingles on the roof because I cannot get up there to see. I am selling my home so it was very important for me to get the siding repaired properly.
I paid theproviderin advance through Angie's List to clean gutters. An appointment was made for June 15. I hung around all day. The technician was a no-show, no-call. The company later said "it rained." It may have rained somewhere else but not where the house is. The appoiintment has not been rescheduled nor has the work been done. The provider actually did nothing. They took the money and were a no-show, no-call on appointment day.

The only complaint I had was that the initial communication with the provider was inadequate. It took several attempts to schedule the work. However, once it was scheduled, everything went perfectly and the final product is fantastic. When we had our roof re-done several years ago, our rain gutters were not correctly re-installed. .On 7/8/15, a Mr. Whitaker arrived promptly with a completed typed out estimate for approx. $8,000; without even looking in our attic or looking at the roof. The estimate included the most expensive shingles as well as a lot of materials that we may not need. I called the company and was given a refund for the $99.00. During my conversation with the woman who answered the phone, I was told that all of their salesmen worked strictly off of commission; this explains and answers a lot. After speaking with the customer, I feel that this review is unfair and inaccurate. We proposed Owens Corning shingles because we are an Owens Corning Platinum Contractor and can offer the best warranty and also believe Owens Corning is the best shingle. The estimate was not pre-printed, but printed from our van with printers that our team carries with them. unknown The date for servicing the gutter was too far away, which I at first accepted anyway. Then they called to move the date two more days further away. I took this date at first too but my gutter needs immediate attention due to last night's storm, so I am doing the work myself. I called the company twice today with no call back and then finally emailed them this afternoon to cancel the appointment. Stephen Butsch

According to our records, we did try and contact you via phone on the date that you called and emailed (7/1), however, we did not get any response back. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience.
The worker said it cost extra to remove gutter guards. I asked how much extra and he said $30. I asked if I could write a check and didn't have the cash. He couldn't do the cleaning without removing the gutter guards. He said, 'didn't they tell you that on the phone? ' I said no and asked if they could add that to the credit card. He said no, that I could give him either cash or check made out to him. I wrote him a check for the additional fee made out to him. I hired them to do gutter inspection and gutter cleaning.

After months of trying to diagnose the leak we called Arocon, they found the leak and replaced the area. It has been a few months now and there is no more leak. Repaired leaking section of roof
