unknown We paid $99 for a roof tune-up package and shingle replacement. They were to do a 21 point attic roof and gutter inspection report with before and after pictures. We saw no pictures and received no report. We were told that they would replace some loose shingles and a boot. They never came back. We contacted them approximately two weeks later to ask when they would be back to replace the shingles and boot. There was no response. We feel we paid $99 for nothing. I informed this company I had a 3story townhouse and a 40ft ladder was necessary toget on the roof. They told me only one driver has a 40ft ladder.I hadaleak and that I needed someone here asap. The apptmt was scheduled for June 1, 2015 it was raining that day on and off sothe tech could not get on the roof to make the repair. The dispatcher at this company was not friendly I asked her if she would call me if they were going to cancel. I call in and schedule the gutter cleaning service a month in advance - they NEVER show up. We wasted the whole day waiting for them to show up. I called and never got a response. I then call again on Monday and speak to someone. They advise they had no appointment on the calendar for me. Not sure how that is possible given I spent several minutes on the phone with Linda to schedule. They ask all kinds of questions about the structure. I recall the conversation in detail. This review needs a little backstory: We live in an older house, which had two-layers of shingles on the main house and the carport. This type of work hasn't been done in many, many years, try a couple of decades! As an aside, we did have a home inspection when we went to contract for the house, and the inspector told us we would probably get 10 or so years out of the roof. No show. Can't speak to their service, but their scheduling service is challenged. I don't know if I will get my money back - did I get ripped off? Purchased a deal for gutter cleaning and tuneup. I had to reschedule the appt due to unforeseen business travel. I called 5 days before the service to reschedule and was told the appt was cancelled and would be contacted for the rescheduling. I did not hear from them, called again on Thursday this week to reschedule, was told I would hear back. I have not heard anything back.

unknown They sent one guy with a bucket to clean my gutters. He didn't bring the appropriate tools to get the job done so it was a waste of my time and money. Won't be using them again.
