I called for an appointment to get my gutters serviced and was given a possible date almost a month from now. I understand the wait as it's a busy time in the Summer for doing this. What was unacceptable was that the provider demanded payment up front now. This wasn't a hold on a credit card to insure I kept the appointment, they actually wanted me to pay now for the service a month before it was to be provided. He was late because he was sitting in his car. He finally got out and asked what concerns I have. I asked him to take a look at my gutters and requested for him to let me know if there were any issues. He said I needed to remove the screen. He let me know the roof needed to replaced. I asked if he would be cleaning the gutters and he said yes. After he cleaned the gutters out, however, he made a huge mess all over the outside of our home. NOTWELL! Technician arrived early prior to my arrival at the property. With permission, he went onto roof to inspect. He did not clean gutters as we were told that the back of the house had gutter guard and the front had mesh that he could not remove. HE NEVER WENT INTO OUR ATTIC TO IINSPECT THE ATTIC AND INTERIOR OF ROOF. HE TOOK NO PICTURES OR AT LEAST DID NOT DISCUSS ANY PICTURES WITH ME NORE GIVE ME ANY PICTURES. Started poorly - very unresponsive company. Ended ok, when they mostly fixed a leak on the ridge vent buying us 3 more seasons before replacing the roof in 2015. They did come out twice to fix the ridge vent after the first repair failed. I give them credit for making that second effort. Fixed a problem on the roof.

The roofing part was great, however, there was a piece of my bay window that had been broken. I do appreciate them compensating for the window and for coming to fix what I had noticed, however I am disappointed with the overall result. I would have liked to see them be more tidy, I will have to pressure wash my siding because it has an oily substance on it. They replaced my roof and and installed the roofing over my bay windows.

They said they cannot service my area even though they are listed for my area. I purchased a Big Deal for $99 for Gutter Tune-Up and Gutter Cleaning
