This was a Roofing Tuneup for a coupon that was $99. I expected terrible sales-pressure, but instead Jason Easton came and took photos, did repairs, replaced two shingles, and took a full two hours including explaining the problems to me. He looked in my attic but because of insulation there was not able to see if there were any recent leaks. I have had other roofers, but he was the most thorough in his description of problems. unknown The initial roof inspection was thorough and the report fairly comprehensive. That said, within 6 months of the initial inspection, the roof leaked. They cheerfully offered to come out and look again--for $99. I had another provider come out to price a new roof or find the problem, which they did for no fee--and fixed it while there. I bought the $99 Gutter Tune Up from Arocon via Amazon Local. Last winter I had anice patch form in front of my doordue to roof snow thawing, dripping &refreezing.For $99, I figured I could have the gutters cleaned of leaves & gutter repaired so I wouldn't have the same issuethis year. The chimney now has more water leaking than prior to the 'tune-up repair'. The boot has come loose from the shingles. I was told that the flashing around the chimney was caulked, and that an exhaust pipe boot was replaced.
