ARW is a great warranty company. I have never had any issues with them. Today I spoke with one of their reps(Karen) & she had so much energy and a very positive vibe !! She made my Friday!

ARW, arrived early, first technician could not find the problem, however, he communicated with the office, they sent another tech on a different day and he was able to come in find and fix the issue. They were both very professional and courteous. I've only had the warranty a short time, however I am very pleased so far. Keep up the great customer service and professionalism.

I've had different warranty Co over the yrs. I swore I would never get one again. Bought New Home & added it later. I've used them 3 times in a yr on different items. They were quick to respond & always had someone out within a week. Fixed it or offered buy out on broken item and even followed through. Best Customer Service.
