Dishwasher didn't drain. First issue ever with our dishwasher. I waited nearly 1 week until a technician finally came to my house to fix the dishwasher. Almost an entire week! In the end the tech didn't wear a mask, couldn't fix the dishwasher, ended up chipping tile trying to remove the dishwasher and putting it back. Then when he left he said there was a small leak and thinks he stopped it and we can't use the garbage disposal. ???? I filed a claim in April 2022 and as of 05/05/2022 I have not received a response on the repair to my air conditioner, the heat is unbearable. I have had no less than 3 technicians call me and none have done the job completely.Do not contract with this company, because to charge the monthly fee if they are punctual, but to solve the problems of what they supposedly assure they are not efficient.

Worst Experience from a Home Warranty Company. Didn't honor my agreement. I had a problem with my dishwasher. Service Technician came and spent 10 minutes before stating the dishwasher was more than 10 years old and couldn't get a part to repair. I had to advance pay $75. My agreement clearly states on page 11 of the Kitchen Plus agreement that for for appliances older than 10 years the liability is $300 with no mention of deducting the cost of the service call. We are looking for an update to our claim made for our home 2 weeks ago (4/24/2022) Called for a status update everyone seems to be giving us the run around specifically Sal and Michael. We have been hung up on and talked to and sent on the run around in circles with still no status update. I really do not think this company is real.

This is one of the worst companies that I have ever had any dealings with. They harass you attempt to pressure you to remain with their company when you have indicated several times that you want out. These people are ******* because they constantly try to intimidate you to remain with their no-good company. My policy was cancelled with them on March 31, 2022 at 5:11 p.m. but as of today, 4/21, and also on 4/20/2022 I received many many calls and emails because they had no idea of cancelling my policy and they want money! I’ve been paying for coverage on my appliances and items in my house over six or seven years! Now that my A/C unit is out they would not fix it because of the price they have to pay to replace it! I pay over $1200 a year for coverage and they would not replace what they cannot fix! They are robbing Peter to pay Paul!!! They Don’t fix my refrigerator last year 2021

I attempted to file a claim recently only to discover that my policy had been sold to another carrier. There was no correspondence or information alerting me to this change. The customer service personnel all but failed to help me resolve the issue. Had to call in four separate times to get someone to provide any information whatsoever. I was giving information about this new carrier only to find out that the phone number I was provided was erroneous. I am a realtor, who bought a home warranty for my buyer client as a gift at closing. Since the client never had any need for the services of the warranty company, they never contacted them or gave them their phone number. The company thought I was the client and began calling me at the end of the year period asking me to renew. I explained the situation. It was a gift, and I am not renewing.
