I confirmed the quoted price with an agent during the chat. And suddenly the price went up for $300 with no reason when they ask me to confirm. No explanation there, they just say that the price is wrong. Great experience with Montway. Hidden fees after the price is sattled

They are making us drive over half an hour to get to our vehicle. Apparently their hauler couldn't possibly make it down a STANDARD road so door to door delivery is absolutely out of the question because they shouldn't ever be able to deliver a vehicle. Absolutely no warning, they did not work with us or give us any discount. Do not let them fool you. Read the fine print and double check what kind of hauler they are getting. I contacted Montway Auto to have a car shipped from Fl to Ny. The payment was made in full. The hired agency called me ONE time with no voicemail left. After I never heard anything about the pick up and it was past the estimated pick up date, I reached out to find out that previous call was supposed to be a pick up attempt. Finally after 2 more days and numerous calls the car was picked up. I was only made aware of this second pick up 30 minutes prior to the time the guy arrived. Chose this company based on advertised shipping time (7-10 business days). 2 weeks into it now and bike has only made it 250 miles! Very poor communication, am told it will now be a month in transit! Once they have your bike and your money they will do as they please. Each time I’ve talked to them I was told that they would look into it and call me back… 100% of the time nobody called back.

Absolute horrible experience. Contracted Montway to have 3 cars transported on an enclosed transport, one as a non running vehicle. They changed my vehicle's status to running and didn't tell their contractor. Contractor got delayed several days past the last day of the scheduled pick up date...to the point where I was having to deal with loading the cars right up until when I needed to leave the state for good. Montway Auto Transport https://www.montway.com employed NT Convey LLC (954-213-9231) to transport our vehicle from FL to NC. They crushed our roof and roof rack and will not help or repair it.
