Picked up my C63 on time, but returned it with paint damage from what looks like a chain hit it. damaged the rear window, also. Could make a claim, but will likely end up on CARFAX as damage. Not great

Charged my credit card; sent multiple emails/communications that pickup would be TODAY - noone showed up and the cutomer service reps cannot give me any other info other than someone will contact you tomorrow. Are you ok getting charge a LOT of money (more than other companies charge) and staying home/missing work and getting the run around? Well, then give your money to Montway.

Montway as a company has been great to work with but their contracted drivers, not so much. I?ve used Montway to ship 2 cars from Minnesota to California and most recently for my mother from Minnesota to Florida. Two days before my mother arrived to FL, I received a call from the driver saying he got to FL early and that he would be delivering her car the following morning. Took 2 weeks to get my vehicle from Oregon to Virginia. I could have driven it back and fourth twice in this amount of time. Driver was 4 days late because their truck broke down. Customer service was awful. Transportation company customer service was rude and condescending (though the driver was super nice). I paid $2000 and they gave me an $80 credit back for it being late, when it cost me about $300 to do transportation services because it was late. They would not take my car off board after I cancelled they up the price trying to kidnap my car they were very hard to understand on the phone also bbb

I am honestly not one to leave bad reviews… but I want to let those of you considering it, to know what you’re getting into! First of all, this business is NOT door-to-door as advertised. Not only did the company pick up my car 2 days late, outside my 5-day pick up window, but they made me drive 25 minutes to drop it off. Once the car was delivered, I once again had to meet the driver and called an Uber to meet him 30 mins away to take delivery. Montway Auto Transport is undoubtedly the worst business I have ever worked with. They are laughably unprofessional, grossly incompetent, and genuinely not concerned about their customers. On March 20th, I booked a shipment with Montway to transport my car from SoCal to Milwaukee. I chose their more expensive quote over their competitors because they advertised pickup in a five day window rather than seven, like most companies. They were two weeks delayed in picking up my motorcycle. It has now been two weeks and they cannot tell me where my motorcycle is located or when it will be delivered. I have been given three different delivery dates and still nothing. I am sitting here on the latest delivery date but no sign.
