The two men who delivered the car were friendly and kept us informed. We were shocked how fast they delivered the car. Montway customer service was outstanding! They always knew the answers to my questions and were very kind. Customer service is rare these days, but Montway certainly knows the value of treating customers well! I highly recommend Montway!

I just had the WORST possible experience with Montway. I shipped a car from Media PA to Salt Lake City UT, a 32 hour journey. I received a quote, paid my deposit, and was told the carrier would contact me. He did, and while the carrier (dispatched through US ROAD) was perfectly nice initially, his truck broke down only 5 hours from the pickup location. Called on 3/9/22 for transport from Fl. to Ma gave them a card for payment in full they said the pick up would be sometime week of 3/21-3/27 had no contact from them so I started calling then 3/23 and days there after with the same " we are working on it " contact stopped from then on 3/28 .After a ghosting by them I left bad feedback on there Facebook page ( yes they took it down ,only the 5 star stay up ) that called and texted me ,I called there call center back but they were not sure why I was calling ???!!! I confirmed the quoted price with an agent during the chat. And suddenly the price went up for $300 with no reason when they ask me to confirm. No explanation there, they just say that the price is wrong. Great experience with Montway. Hidden fees after the price is sattled

They are making us drive over half an hour to get to our vehicle. Apparently their hauler couldn't possibly make it down a STANDARD road so door to door delivery is absolutely out of the question because they shouldn't ever be able to deliver a vehicle. I contacted Montway Auto to have a car shipped from Fl to Ny. The payment was made in full. The hired agency called me ONE time with no voicemail left. After I never heard anything about the pick up and it was past the estimated pick up date, I reached out to find out that previous call was supposed to be a pick up attempt. Finally after 2 more days and numerous calls the car was picked up. I was only made aware of this second pick up 30 minutes prior to the time the guy arrived.
