Too long of a drop off time. I waited 3 weeks and 4 days for my vehicle. That’s even after the days they’ve estimated which was 7-9 days. Furthermore, I am pleased with the readily available customer service. Happy that the manager Collin took charge and was able to have my car shipped to its destination safely. After my days of persistent calls. Will I use Montway again? The answer is “No”. I should’ve saved my 2089 dollars and drive myself.

This has been such a fiasco I don’t know where to begin. First of all, I paid for tip for Premier shipping. Well, they get your car by the shipping deadline and they take it down the road this is so they can get your money event though no carrier. Next, left my car in the middle of the road! Yes that’s right in the middle of the road in ice and just left my car I have not signed anything I’m not seeing my car is left in the middle of the road.

Missed pickup deadline by two weeks. After that missed new drop off date by three days. Asked for reduced fare do to this and was ignored. Once Brooker was paid they did not keep up with the load. They kept sending me emails after the transaction was down to review them after I asked them to stop so here it is.

The transporter pick up wasn’t ideal and I had to drive 15 mins from Louisiana address to meet driver/load 16 Dec 2021(Thursday). We left to drive from Louisiana to Arizona on 18 Dec 2021(Saturday). Driver called while we were on interstate and said the Supra was in Phoenix awaiting delivery, but we wouldn’t be in the Phoenix area to receive until 19 Dec 2021(Sunday). DO NOT USE MONTWAY!! They damaged my Mercedes Benz, my car was resting on the metal of the truck and upon receipt the whole undercarriage has been destroyed. I have pictures to prove of it on the truck and the resulting damage. I spoke with them countless times and keep getting circular conversations, eventually I was told to contact the actual transport company.. NEXTRAN. Despite their many excellent reviews and easy access to an agent via live chat on their website, Montway completely failed at 50% of the job I hired them to do. They had to do 2 things: 1. Find and contract with a reliable shipper who could do the job. They did that. The shipper was great and car arrived in good shape. I paid to have a very mint 1988 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera shipped from Seattle Washington to Tulsa Oklahoma area. While the agents I spoke with were friendly, the overall company is not very good. The trucking company that Montway contracted to carry the car was even worse. They were Fast Freight trucking. They never gave me a courtesy call to let me know the vehicle was picked up, nor did I get any information til the day they planned on delivering it. I get a call 9am wanting to deliver it at 4pm. Pickup time was on 11/23. The driver phoned at 4 p.m. to say he was 2-3 hours away but didn't arrive for 5-1/2 hours. He said he's deliver the car by 11/30 but didn't arrive until 12/3. I had to phone the driver on 11/30 to see where he was and when the car would get to my daughter. Better communication from the driver would alleviate the anxiety of waiting and not knowing.
