Chose this company based on advertised shipping time (7-10 business days). 2 weeks into it now and bike has only made it 250 miles! Very poor communication, am told it will now be a month in transit! Once they have your bike and your money they will do as they please. Each time I’ve talked to them I was told that they would look into it and call me back… 100% of the time nobody called back.

Absolute horrible experience. Contracted Montway to have 3 cars transported on an enclosed transport, one as a non running vehicle. They changed my vehicle's status to running and didn't tell their contractor. Contractor got delayed several days past the last day of the scheduled pick up date...to the point where I was having to deal with loading the cars right up until when I needed to leave the state for good. Montway Auto Transport https://www.montway.com employed NT Convey LLC (954-213-9231) to transport our vehicle from FL to NC. They crushed our roof and roof rack and will not help or repair it.

Too long of a drop off time. I waited 3 weeks and 4 days for my vehicle. That’s even after the days they’ve estimated which was 7-9 days. Furthermore, I am pleased with the readily available customer service. Happy that the manager Collin took charge and was able to have my car shipped to its destination safely. After my days of persistent calls. Will I use Montway again? The answer is “No”. I should’ve saved my 2089 dollars and drive myself.

This has been such a fiasco I don’t know where to begin. First of all, I paid for tip for Premier shipping. Well, they get your car by the shipping deadline and they take it down the road this is so they can get your money event though no carrier. Next, left my car in the middle of the road! Yes that’s right in the middle of the road in ice and just left my car I have not signed anything I’m not seeing my car is left in the middle of the road.

Missed pickup deadline by two weeks. After that missed new drop off date by three days. Asked for reduced fare do to this and was ignored. Once Brooker was paid they did not keep up with the load. They kept sending me emails after the transaction was down to review them after I asked them to stop so here it is.

The transporter pick up wasn’t ideal and I had to drive 15 mins from Louisiana address to meet driver/load 16 Dec 2021(Thursday). We left to drive from Louisiana to Arizona on 18 Dec 2021(Saturday). Driver called while we were on interstate and said the Supra was in Phoenix awaiting delivery, but we wouldn’t be in the Phoenix area to receive until 19 Dec 2021(Sunday).
