They were able to fix what HaulBikes weren't able to deliver properly. At the last minute, I had to call Montway to ship 2 bikes, and they accommodated that and delivered really fast. I read the review and saw that a lot of 1 and 3 star review were accurate. I have not received my vehicle, they change the date of pickup twice and finally dropped the shipment and was assigned to another transport company . This is now 3 weeks and still no vehicle. I tried to believe the good in everyone first. This company does not have it together. I have missed work, jobs and have needed the vehicle to go back and forth to the dr. Montway Auto Transport does NOT deliver on their word ~ use someone else.

I used them in the past they were very good, this time they failed to deliver on there promise, my car shipment was one week late, cut my vacation short to be home for the Vehicle delivery , disappointing one week late, I have to rent a car .

There are the worst. They messed us my pick up time. They picked the car three times open while I paid for enclosed then they bring it back. Guess what? When I received the car all the lights were on, when I took it to the dealership they asked me if I towed it or transported it recently I said yes, so they told me they damaged one of the wires in the bottom of the car and I have to spend $600 to fix it. Bottom line is that they have terrible service, they will take your money, they will not arrange for your transport until the last minute, they won't provide updates and your car will not get there in the time promised. I paid double after I factored in two weeks of car rentals. It was 3 months from the date I signed the contract until my car arrived in HI from CT. They try to hide behind a contract full of disclaimers and blame the delay on their subcontractors, when in fact, they were fully to blame.

Had a terrible service experience. They hire sub contract carrier, which have questionable service. Had to inquire multiple times to get straight answer on status of my pickup and delivery. I would avoid at all costs.

They promised they'd pick my car in 1-5 days, but took more than 2 weeks. Once the trucker got assigned, I immediately called them to cancel but they would charge me $200. STAY AWAY.

I didn't use you because you're overpriced hacks. You refuse to stop calling and emailing even after I've asked you to cut it out. You'd get -5 stars if I could.

Their trucking company got my bike within 200 miles of my home, then i was notified it was delayed by 2 weeks. I called and spoke with 5 customer service people, all who said they'd get back to me, none who did.I ended up picking my bike up at my expense, and no refund. Terrible and unreliable service.
