We have had nothing short of a nightmare experience with Montway. After paying upfront for their guaranteed pick up, we were given an estimate of 7-10 days to transport or vehicle from the East Coast to the West Coast. It is now 19 days and counting and Montway refuses to give us any indication of when or if our car will ever arrive. Avoid this company at all costs!

I placed an order to pick up my car and transported to Los Angeles, it took 3 weeks for them to contact me and raise the price on me for another $200.00 and that's not the issue and every time I contact them they were blaming on some thing either the driver and/or their insurance, they will run you around for no reason and takes timeee. I had to cancel it and I was waiting for my vehicle for almost a month. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. NOT PROFESSIONAL VERY RUDE.

Throughout the process of using Montway to ship my car they were unreliable, dishonest and careless. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I repeatedly told them that nobody would be available to take the car where I was shipping it until I arrived. They lied to me, and the carrier to get the car there so they could pull their cut of the money. Initially spoke to Me byway about transporting our car from Florida to Massachusetts. They were going to try to find us a carrier. They took my credit card for a supposed down payment once a carrier was found.. I ended up going with another company as they came through with a carrier faster.Montway. was informed and cancelled. My credit card company called to see if I had authorized a $1300 bill from Montway. Obviously I had canceled them, not hired them. I got a quote and phoned to book a pick-up. I spoke with a woman who said she put everything into the system and I would hear back. I never got a confirmation email and after 2 weeks I phoned back. I was transferred four times. The third person found the quote but nothing more then transferred me back to the second person who wanted to transfer me back to the third person, again. They estimated 6-8 days for our cross country shipping. It's been 12 days and they called us today to let us know it will take 2 more days. When we asked them if they could discount us given the atrocious estimate, they said no, even after speaking with multiple people. If you're going to provide an estimate, don't be off by 100%

Unreal, have the audacity to raise the price after not picking my car up on the designated date. Now will not have a vehicle for a particular holiday event I needed it for.

I'm a motorcycle dealer and have been for 15 years and I've had many many many motorcycles delivered. Montway Trucking is by far the worst Trucking Company I've ever dealt with and Factor the worst company I've ever dealt with although eBay is close.. they said they have the bike picked up in 3 days while it was over a month and a half and still not picked up it took two months and 1 week to deliver a motorcycle to me and then it was damaged. Do yourself a favor never ever use montway tracking

First truck sent, the driver got sick and had to go to hospital. No pickup. Second truck sent broke down. Pick up delayed a day. Terrible communication with Montway. Third truck broke down, delivery delayed two days. Communication with Montway was a joke. Ended up calling driver for status reports.
