Worst transaction ever and to add injury to insult, while the car may have been transported covered, it most certainly was not in a covered carrier when it came to me. Complete RIP-OFF. MISERABLE COMMUNICATION AND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE SEEMS TO BE LOST ON THE DRIVER. Plus, blowing up your phone, but not giving any kind of updates. Worst transport company ever. The reviews are jaded.

I had a very bad experience here with this company. The car was delivered damaged, doors misaligned. The driver was a complete shit face and half way drunk or on something. Drove car off the truck in the most unsafe matter you could think of on a busy street. The claims department, only one person, PART-TIME completely brain dead and email never works. The carrier EASTWEST the worst judging by some of the many 1 star reviews. True fact they suck!

car eventually was moved. lowballed the quote, sat on it and did not communicate a rate needed to move the car until I fired them. Then they did work.

Do not even consider this company for your shipping needs , they use bait and switch tactic to lure customer into the business and when they are unable to provide right way , they extort $199 fee under the pretext of company policy. Please stay away from such business. There are lot of other better transporters available if you look out. Montways reputation is falsely projected by them and do not get carried away with that. If you want to save money keep these guys out of your list. Terrible people to do business with.

I'll begin by saying in the end the driver Emil from Florida who transported our vintage car from Atlanta to New York did an outstanding job and on time. I wish I could give out his cell number because he was terrific. But this company Montway is not as it appears plus Ive never dealt with people that lie as badly as they lied to me. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BEWARE! HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Positive reviews are likely fake. This is a bait and switch!! Do not use. Paid 1k to have my son’s motorcycle shipped. Promised to pick up in 48-72 hrs. Picked up a week later. Promised to deliver in 1 week. IT IS NOW 13 days after the date of the late pick up and NO BIKE. I would never use nor recommend this company for use. They gave me a price to transport my vehicle and I paid extra to receive my vehicle in 3 days. Well they did not meet my given deadline by their company while not reimbursing me the extra funds I paid. This is when I was told this was to ensure Guarantee pick up. Was told my truck would be delivered on a certain 3 day period, made a cross country trip, cut trip short to be sure I was at final destination. Called Montway day before truck to was to be delivered, was told truck had not been picked up when told it would be. Truck was delivered 1 week later. Was never advised of the delay. Had Montway transport my Mercedes. When they got down to the destination about noon the scheduled drop off day, and called the drop off contact, they lied and said they did not have the drop off address. I know the driver (from Carolina Logistics) did because I verified with him when he picked up the car and he showed it to me on his phone.
