The front staff was so rude I didn''t make it past Gina. This is not the kind of practice I would take my family or myself. I will continue my search for a new PCP for my family.

I called looking for a new PCP. After speaking with Gina I decided this was not the place for my family and I. I've never spoke with someone so rude. I will continue my search for a new PCP.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this but to be honest I’m just so disappointed in the lack of empathy received when I called to make an emergency appointment for pain in my ear. When I called I asked if there was any way I could be squeezed in as I was having a lot of ear pain. The girl on the phone said we can’t see you today we are completely booked. I understood that. I am really happy with the practice Dr Miller and the staff are excellent
Monday am appt for severe allergies to poison ivy. Still don't have prescription Tuesday late afternoon. Walmart tried calling Avance several times and finally got someone next day told it would take 24-48hours for clarification. My rash is so much worse. Will have to go to urgent care somewhere else.

If I could give this stupid place a zero, I would!! Dr. Li did NOT examine me hardly at all and I couldn't understand what she was saying because of her accent. I went there to see if I had an infection and all she did was get a blood test and refer me to someone else. She also did NOT spend enough time with me OR respond to my question of whether or not I might have an eye infection like conjunctivitis! She merely blew me off and it is NOT FAIR!!!

I had my first visit and it went really well, but after my most recent experience, I'll be finding a new primary care doctor. It does not make sense to me that one of my mood medications can be filled and one can't and I was directed to a psychiatrist. BOTH are mood medications. I'm new to the area and having a hard time finding a local psychiatrist that has availability within the next few weeks. Always sent to out if network labs despite working with an in network lab. Constantly told the wrong Information by staff and after seeing a couple physicians there. I have absolutely no confidence in them.
