This is the worst experience to date I have had here. None of my concerns were listened to, nor met. I feel like Avance cares more about $ than they do service. I went in with chest pains and fatigue. I was checked in (after Re verifying my insurance you have on file), charged a fee, THEN triaged, and then I waited for my provider to come in. Past 2 appointment were not very helpful since I am keep having symptoms and she wants me to wait for 10 days so she will prescribe me antibiotic. She didn't introduce her self, didn't check for anything. I will give a nurse and front employees five-star because she is the one mentioned to check for covid and flu test and came out negative. Only doctor, I like in my opinion is Dr. Ayesha Nasiri.

I left numerous messages and received no response. I felt like care and compassion were not part of the vocabulary for most of those I dealt with when I tried to explain what was happening. The one star is for the front desk and a particular nurse who intervened and tried to help. My telehealth appt with Lindsey was helpful.

Each and every time we come to have some primary medical care done for me or my wife we are extremely pleased with the primary care Dr. Kritzer and all staff members
YIKES. i was so happy to have found such a wonderful doctors office last year when i found avance care Cary and it has probably been about 5 or 6 months since i have last visited. The past 3 times i have called them to ask for help with medications or professional advice(whether i should make an appointment or not) i have been provided with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the worst medical office in Charlotte. Do not see Victoria Ragan! She is extremely unknowledgeable and shows minimal care for her patients. She is there to collect a check and go home at night. Never again will I go to this practice. Whatever you do, do not see Victoria Ragan or you will waste your time and money. The office manager "Kristy" is absolutely horrible as well. I was hungup on by her after she mistakenly deleted my entire patient portal. This office is a MESS!
