Do not get a pap from here. Terrible experience in my 40 years of getting them. I had to tell her to stop, the pain was unbearable. No apology and didn’t even get it done! I hurt for hours

I am very impressed with the Dr and staff at this location. I am extremely disappointed with the continued mistakes from the Billing department that continue to degrade my experience with Avance Care.

This review is based on the provider Alexandra Fitzgerald’s performance and hers alone. While the front desk staff and nurses are extremely pleasant and helpful, my experiences with Alexandra have always been unpleasant. I had my annual physical yesterday. Your staff lost my lab analysis results. Doctor Jaime spent less than 10 minutes with me. Checked only my heart beat. Never done prostate check, or any thing else. It was a waste of my time.

On July 15th, I took a mammogram and bone density test in the Raleigh radiology that Dr. Bulauitan Philippe referred to. Also, the Raleigh Radiology receptionist confirmed to me that it was an in-net work. After a while, I found out that the place was out of network. Later I realized that the referral was wrong and asked Dr. Philippe Bulauitan for help. It was the worst healthcare provider experience I had at Avance care. I felt exploited when I was charged extra $60 for the services I never took. As a new patient, I filled a "New patient form" and took a tele-visit service from Avance care but in the bill, I was charged for two extra screening services which were completely irrelevant to my illness and impossible to be held in a tele-visit. You wrote a review for Avance Care South Chapel Hill 3 days ago 2.0 star rating 7/29/2023 Reason to give a bad review is because of the front desk lady- I think her name is Digna...very very rude. She kept saying HE for a female dr. And while i am explaining her my situation she hung up on me. Dr Bean is very nice and Ray also. Always very sweet. I would recommend to give some empathy lessons to the front desk lady.
