Billing department are cold and heartless and equally extraordinarily inept and doesn't care about ethical practices. They will improperly bill over and over and over again, tack on unethical late fees without properly informing you, and send you to collections over their own errors.

3 provider i was bad. This person dosent have the quality to talk to a patient.

Your staff very cordial and pleasant as always. Madison and Lindsey,.P.A. very helpful and through. I really liked the new PA that was working with Lindsey also. I really like your office and staff. Therefore I will refer new people to you.. every chance I get in the future.

Avance Care, if you can’t follow appointment slots, please DO NOT CALL in or book another appointment! I had to wait for the doctor for 45 mins and when she entered, she informed that no one prompted her that I was ready and waiting. However, I checked with the staff in between about whether the doctor is going to check me after all, but they said the doctor is busy with another appointment! Your whole staff is excellent. I really like Dr.Delbano. She is so caring and knowledgeable.I really do like her as my primary care provider. She is very through and analytical as to your symptoms and what needs to be done next.

I brought my son in for a ketamine treatment at 1. I assumed it would take about an hour. It had been a while since his last reatment and I thought they lasted an hour. I told the receptionist at the front desk I needed to leave at 2 to pick up my grandkids and asked if my son would start on time. She said he would start on time. The reason I asked, is we have sat in the waiting room in the past for up to an hour before he was seen. Wondering if there is an issue with the office, we are getting an error message now that the phone isn't working at all. I've had issues getting a response in the past but now the phone isn't working at all. This is obviously worrisome for any patient when you cannot reach your doctor's office.

According to your web page the doctor Steven Alexander speaks Spanish but this is not true, he is not fluent at all in Spanish. I was expecting to have a medical appointment in Spanish but this was not possible. You should remove this information from your web page.
