We needed this test to fly to Hawaii and a friend recommended we use this test. Our kit arrived in one day and our appointment went smoothly. The AZOVA website is easy to navigate and set up your appointments. This test was very easy to do and Nicholas, our observer was very helpful. You do have to pay attention to the information on their website as to the day you are flying out because there are a couple off days this kit will not be able to be used for. Great decision on our part to use this test.
All went as expected with results delivered in under 36 hours from actual test.
Costco sends an "Order Shipped" email which is FALSE. Kits won't ship until you register each person with Azova. Terrible caveat - Caution!! Process works great otherwise and we had results within 14hr of them receiving kits. Multiple kits can go in one box.
Read all the details are you will be fine. We used it for Hawaii travel on a Monday. Took the test on Friday and had the results Sunday morning.
Very easy process and super quick results! Got our result within 6 hours of the lab receiving the specimen.
Very stressful waiting for results to come back with a trip to Hawaii dependent on them. But lab is open and processing 24 hours/day. Customer service calls were handled very professionally and our lab results were escalated due to travel constraints. It took about 12 hours for results to come back once Azova posted that they had been scanned and entered. Long and stressful process but worth the results!
We used this for a trip to Hawaii and were very nervous if we would get the results in time. We scheduled our video appointment two weeks before and there were plenty of times available. The video appointment went well and we dropped it off at a UPS store immediately after. The final leg of our flight was around 6P Friday and our video appointment was early Wednesday morning. Arrived quickly, testing was easy and was an approved test by state of Hawaii.
The observer was polite and patient. The test come back promptly, in fact quicker then expected and well with in the needed 72 hours from the sample being taken.
