I’m actually surprised Costco has chosen to affiliate with this company. Their online support informed me after I ordered the kit that their shipping platform was down. The kit was ordered Thursday but won’t be arriving until Tuesday which is too late. Their advertising of overnight shipping and Saturday delivery is false information. Also, the online chat feature is a total joke. They will sometimes respond in 30 seconds and then go 30 min without replying. Horrible customer service and never got my test results back
The service is not reliable. On one of the two tests we purchased, the tracking number said it arrived, but results were never received. A second test on another family member sent at the same times received timely results. It almost ruined our trip, which was the only reason we purchased the test in the first place. Luckily we were able to test at another vendor in time.
Don’t know why but when downloading to Hawaii safe travels it was rejected by them Plus I wish the guy on the video chat would have said to wait one more day because it ended up being taken to soon. Even after I told him when the departure time was. On there website it said to take at this time but was incorrect
The pharmacy lady had me order this from my phone in order to buy it in person. Then, it was discovered you have to go through another form for the pharmacy one. I requested to cancel this shipment in time, but it was rejected. So now I paid for the same product twice.
I bought this test for my trip to Hawaii and unfortunately it was unusable because the video hours were not open at the time that I needed the test done. I wish that had been stated on the site so I could have saved this purchase. Since it is non-returnable it was a complete waste.
This product for COVID Testing is terrible, use Carbon Health's product the results are same day.
Please save yourself anxiety, money, and heartache and don’t buy this test. Actually taking the test was easy, and I took it to UPS immediately afterwards. Their delivery cut-off was 4:00pm (which was not disclosed up-front and took considerable research on my part to figure out). I dropped test off at 11:16am. UPS failed to ship the test out that day. I'm going to try to return this. I purchased this for my children who live across the country. When they logged onto the video observation, the representative told them the guidelines were 72 hours prior to flight, and not 3 days prior to flight. Incorrect! Therefore, their samples didn't get into the mail in time and therefore did not get received in time for the flight. I had to make other arrangements after I'd heard what happened. Extremely stressful when the flight was a $20,000 flight overseas.
