I bought two kits to go to Hawaii and was supposed to get them overnight. UPS delivered one kit and not the other. UPS said it was due to weather, then forest fires, and then the heat wave. Because it was not until days later I had no choice but to go find a local place to get the test before my flight. IF I could give this -5 stars I would. This company does not care one bit about issues they cause for travel. I ordered 4 kits and one did not show up, they then told me that I would need to order and pay for another test and then ask for a refund for the one that did not show up. The 5th test did not show up in time for my husband to take it and we ended up having to pay for another rapid test at the airport. Do not waste your time or money on these tests. Once these guys get your money they do not care about anything else.
I bought two of these kits, which were both mailed to me. I bought one for each child. Now, I am trying to use them and I never received the email with a "lab order" and "coupon code" so am unable to use the kits. They are literally worthless. I cannot get a code from the company without an email from costco, and I cannot get a refund from costco.
We followed all the steps, shipped from the same location at the same time. One test made it and one didn't. The shipping labels are prepaid for by the company, it took hours to get someone from the company to understand that UPS would not file a claim for me. The claim needed to be filled by Azova. Right now this test will probably not arrive in time and my 10 year old and I will have to sleep in LAX waiting for results, loosing money on our flights. Don't depend on it processing in time, buy the change flight insurance.
Failed to arrive on time for my trip.
Customer service was sub par. Instructions are convoluted and vague. I chose this product because it advertised efficient and swift testing for travel abroad. Nothing could be farther from the truth.
Very poor customer service and poor product delivery. Costco system goes down and there is no customer service to help you. They also will not refund your money for the test. Use Vault. Do not use Costco.
The test was simple, but it was misleading on the turn around time. Trying to get a person to talk to was frustrating. Almost didn't get test results in time.
We ordered two saliva kits for our two children so that we could travel to hawaii. Only one kit was ever shipped even though we made two appointments for each child with each voucher code. I ordered two weeks in advance and one day before we were supposed have the video test we were informed that not only was only one kit shipped the other kit wasn't even showing up in the system.
