Never received the kit. Costco said it was shipped to me on 5/25. As of 6/7 when I traveled it had not arrived. VERY disappointed in Costco service. Especially since I spent $118 for no product!
There are too many factors with this test to get your results on time. We took our tests on time, shipped them out as directed, and unfortunately the tests were delayed by UPS. The company Azova said there is nothing they can do, so that is $500 down the drain for us. In this crazy time of shipping delays, do not use this if you are needing results within 72 hours for a trip.
Took too long to get code required to order kit (provided after check out on Costco.com supposedly within an hour but took several hours which got past the shipping deadline for Azova. Not able to get in time for Hawaii trip. Did not use this and used a competing service (Vault) but Costco/Azova unwilling to provide a refund for the unused code.
No where on the site does it tell when these time sensitive tests will be delivered and how we get them back to Costco and how fast we get the results. These are critical pieces of information!
Didn’t get the kit in time for our trip! We were told Costco ships them overnight... Well, they don’t. It arrived 5-6 days after we placed the order - 3 days after we had left for Hawaii. As a result, it cost us over $200 each to take a test at the airport.
Confusing. Never used but was charged
The COVID test results came in 3 days late and I had to cancel my trip. I lost over $300 in cancellation fees. I would give this product a zero if I could.
I tried canceling the order but to no avail. It wasn't going to be completed in time for our trip to Hawaii (my fault, not theirs), but I wasn't allowed to stop the order even though they never sent the kits to me. I now have a ~$500 credit for tests I don't need. It's analogous to canceling a reservation for 4 at dinner a week out yet getting billed for the food you never ate. In all fairness, it clearly says non-refundable but I assumed that was once they sent you the kits, which they never did.
Bought this for a flight, but due to the limited hours they have for a video verification, I couldn't use this. I called them and they said the text online said no refunds, even though I never opened the package. The person on the phone said just save it for the next time I go to Hawaii, as if I'll be heading back on vacation while covid verification is needed. Seems like a cash grab.
