This never came. I had to miss a day of work to drive 2 hours up to the airport and pay $200 to be tested in order to not have my trip ruined. I don't know how to get a refund but I definitely shouldn't have to pay for it

do not buy fro travel to Hawaii. Overnight shipping means 4-5 business days.
I work in the nonprofit healthcare industry. I had to order this in order to go to Hawaii to meet with military officials. I ordered this and within minutes, Costco sent an email saying that my order had been shipped which supposedly only happens after you've successfully redeemed your voucher. I ordered on Sat and was told that it will be shipped on Monday morning and I should receive it Tues. I did not get any email notification or text till Monday. I was getting restless and called the customer care and dropped a query. Immediately few minutes later the UPS shipment labels are created with tracking numbers. Shipped status is not updated. While the price is competitive sending and receiving tests and results could cause delays and rescheduling trip dates.
Called the company before purchasing this to verify flight info and was told yes I could use the test. 3 days before the trip get on the video call and they tell me sorry ups is closed on Sunday’s and we won’t get results back. Wasted almost $500 and no one cares!

We attempt to make it clear in the Product Details that tests which are dropped off by Saturday will not be available until Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Very expensive. Unnecessarily difficult and time consuming to use. Found much easier and cheaper ways to accomplish the test for me and my family.
AFTER PURCHASING WE FOUND OUT THAT WE COULD NOT USE THIS KIT TRAVELLING FROM HAWAII TO TORONTO BECAUSE AZOVA SAID THE TEST RESULTS WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE IN TIME!!! COSTCO WOULD NOT REFUND!!! MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN!!!
I bought three test kits, thinking that they would simply arrive at my door once ordered. But I soon discovered that AZOVA has a much more complicated process than that. It involves using their website to create full profiles, and their layout is very complicated. I kept being sent to a blank page when I would try to add a dependent since I needed to have a kit registered for my daughter. Eventually, I pressed their "help center" button.
