There is nothing wrong with the product itself, but there is a problem with the instructions. The biggest problem is with the company doing the test. It's difficult to get thru to them if you need help. It took FOREVER to get thru to them. The cutoff time for the UPS was a big problem also.
I purchased 2 kits for my travel to Hawaii on a Monday - based on the listing on Costco.com that states it is valid for Monday travel (my flight is at 6pm Monday). When I started my appointment with Azova, they immediately told me that my results would not be back in time. So now with 2 days before my dream vacation I am scrambling to find an alternative and just flushed $200+. Like I said - don't do it!

It has been 20 days and I still have not gotten my results and I cannot get in touch with anyone.
Tried to get this setup and had to request a refund because my flight was on a Wednesday and the sample could not be processed in time for the results This makes the test linited
If you live in Arizona , Azova will default your appointment time to daylight saving time, which (off of the Navajo Nation) we are not on, and posssibly screw up your 72 hour window for flying to Hawai'i. And they claim not to be able to fix it , if you can stay on chat for 45 min till they get to that.
My test arrived at the lab 5 days after I was supposed to receive it.
Bought two tests, one went through like a dream, had results about 21 hours after dropping off with UPS. The other... well, going on two weeks later it still hasn't made it to the lab. A UPS issue, you say? True, but you can't sell an all-inclusive service (kit, observation, shipping, lab) on the one hand then start pointing fingers when something goes wrong. Poor customer service, confusing timing and uncertainty around the testing coming back in time. East coast buyer be ware if you are purchasing for Hawaii travel.
