Should have driven 2 hours each way to get the test in person. So many hang ups and cross references to deal with. Spent several hours on the phone with the help line. Your people were very good and willing to stay with us to try to solve the problems. It could have been SO much easier and efficient. Almost missed the deadline for next day delivery. Had 6 minutes to spare when I got to UPS.
I ordered this test kit on April 30 well before my travel date as the airline had suggested Costco as a place that carried the test. I had to cancel my trip as the test never did show up and it left me no time to line up another one.
The process to register and set up an account was complicated. UPS was a day late delivering our samples to Azova. Azova told us to get a test from a clinic near us as they couldn’t guarantee they would have our results in time. We found a clinic that tested us which cost us $250 each. It was incredibly stressful. I do not recommend this. Costco refunded the money we spent on our tests.

I needed this test to go to Hawaii. I did everything as instructed, then UPS lost the package and it never made it to the lab. I was told they would research and get back to me in 8 days. They just said sorry and to make other arrangements. This is just a bad idea. The kit needs to be mailed across the country. What could go wrong? They could lose it.
Costco did a great job getting the kit to me quickly. From there on it was a headache. Problems with AZOVA, both in talking with them on the phone and the fact that they were unable to process the test before my flight because either their lab didn't get the overnight delivery to the test site on time or overnight delivery didn't deliver it overnight. 72 hours to take the test, drop the kit off for overnight delivery, and have results is a very tight window - human error happens. Costco indicated "usually one hour" to receive email voucher . . in my case, it was 19 hours . . that rendered the test kit useless to me as it was the next day, not next hour . . I needed it in a couple of hours . . if you're in a rush for Covid testing, don't count on this being your answer . .
