Extremely confusing how to redeem this product. When I contacted support I was given very confusing advice and eventually a coupon code that had already been redeemed. I figured it out on my own but it took a lot of time.
Be very careful with the timing of this product. It has to be taken 72 prior to flight for most airlines. However, this company’s lab is closed on Sunday. So if you fly out on a Tuesday, they can’t guarantee that you will get your results in time. I only learned this by calling the company.
Product description is not clear. Never delivered the report on time. When ask for refund, the vendor is not responding. Costco customer service is also not helping in my case. I would rate 0 star and no one buy this product.
Such an amount of money lost... we didnt get the result on time. We had to pay for a new at the airport
Do not waste your money, I bought two, it was extremely complicated to figure out how and when they would actually ship, nobody at Costco.com knew anything. Once I got the kits I read the directions, set up an observation, registered the kit just prior to the observation. The Azova rep. entered the wrong date of the test; and we almost missed our flight due to her error, as it was recorded outside the 72-hour window pre-departure, even though the test was ALL within the correct parameters.
Unfortunately UPS has had a delay and my GUARENTEED NEXT DAY delivery didnt happen. Now this compromises the return of the test within the allotted 72 hourvwindow. The test still has not been delivered. I have had to go to another place and re-pay 140.00 to re-test on top of the money I spent on this Azova test rendering it useless due to the test results not being available in the allotted time frame required by the state of Hawaii
I bought these for a trip to Hawaii back in March. We leave for our trip tomorrow. We followed the directions, and completed everything in advance. Did the test 72 hours out and dropped them off at UPS. Unfortunately UPS sent them out on the wrong plane and they ended up not making it to the lab in time. Azova said there's nothing they can do because of the delay. Luckily another vendor was able to get us in today for a less then 24 hr turn around on a test so we could still make our trip to Hawaii. You have to use a PC or laptop to schedule don’t plan to use your iPhone. The lab request codes are not accurate and do not reflect the questionnaire answers. intentional mis-coding is actually not permissible by law unless it’s an honest error at which time it should be corrected immediately when error is found.
